Nature Walk: Table of Contents

A Circle of 26 Redwoods Soaring to the Skies, Sanborn County Park, Saratoga, California

I sit at the computer too much— bookmarking interesting articles from the New York Times and stories on enlightenment, typing up Stanford lectures, gathering inspiring passages from my favorite poets and philosophers, researching the fascinating topics of dates and numbers, and sharing insights that inspire us to illumination. My friends have tried to get me away from the computers and explore nature more. I've gone to a few dozen hikes but didn't have time to post any photos. Here are some of the hikes I've gone in the Bay Area. I'm sharing the photos taken on these excursions as well as haiku poems inspired on the occasion.
